Options

Topics under the Options section contain description of WorkTime Options window.


To access WorkTime Options window
Select View|Options menu item in the main WorkTime menu (See Main Window, Main Menu) or
Click Options button on the main WorkTime window (See Main Window) or
Open WorkTime main menu through WorkTime tray icon and select Options menu item (See Main Menu).


In the Options window you can setup
General WorkTime settings: WorkTime behavior on start, WorkTime Main Window view, default values at startup for users, projects and activities, WorkTime Quick Task window settings, favorites and history for users, projects, activities and workstations, shortcuts and WorkTime messages and notes.
Tracking settings: tracking autostart, how to track on Screensaver/Mouse/Keyboard inactivity, levels of tracking, projects autochange, applications tracking.
Security settings: restricted applications, hidden mode, users and groups privileges.
Database settings: path to the database, Online/Offline modes, database maintenance.
Health Reminder settings: short breaks and working days reminders.


Also you can customize WorkTime classifiers
Customize & Edit: adding/deleting/editing users, projects, activities, workstations, applications, documents and counted time; customizing Favorites for users, projects, activities, workstations.
